Refund Policy

American Society for Trainers and Coaches (ASTC)

The American Society for Trainers and Coaches (ASTC) maintains a fair and transparent refund policy for membership, certification, accreditation, and event-related payments.

1. General Policy

All fees paid to ASTC are processed for professional services, administrative processing, assessment review, credential issuance, and digital access.

Note: Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once processing has commenced.


2. Membership Fees

  • Application fees are non-refundable once review begins.
  • Annual fees are non-refundable after approval.
  • Partial refunds may be issued if rejected before review.

3. Certification Fees

  • Application fees are non-refundable once review starts.
  • Exam fees are non-refundable once scheduled.
  • Rescheduling is subject to administrative fees.

4. Training & Events

Cancellations made 7 days prior may be eligible for credit/refund.

No refunds for non-attendance.

ASTC reserves the right to cancel/reschedule; full refunds provided in such cases.

5. Affiliation & Partnership

Evaluation, audit, and administrative processing fees are non-refundable once the evaluation process begins.


6. Digital Products

Non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

7. Medical/Emergency

Reviewed case-by-case with documentation.

8. Refund Process

Processed via original payment method.
