    Section E — Organizational Declarations

    On behalf of the organization named in Section A, I declare that:

    • All information in this application and its attachments is true, accurate, and complete.
    • The organization is lawfully constituted, is not insolvent, and is not subject to any undisclosed regulatory action.
    • I am authorized to bind the organization to this application and to any resulting agreement.
    • The organization authorizes ASTC to verify any statement made, to contact the persons and bodies named, and to conduct an assessment visit.
    • The organization undertakes to comply with the ASTC Code of Ethics and to require the same of all individuals delivering under the affiliation.
    • The organization understands that affiliation is not accreditation of any individual program, and undertakes not to represent it as such.
    • The organization understands that the assessment fee is payable whether or not recognition is granted.
    • The organization undertakes to notify ASTC within 30 days of any material change as defined in Section 4.
    • The organization undertakes to cease all use of any ASTC mark immediately on expiry, suspension, or withdrawal.
    • The organization undertakes to protect enrolled learners in the event of suspension or withdrawal, as provided in Section 9.3.
